American Friends of Koidenov Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity exempt from Federal Income Tax.  Contributions to AFK are tax deductable under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. It is organized and operated exclusively for the advancement of Orthodox Judaism. In furtherance of this charitable purpose, its board of directors has approved a grant of $615,400 to fund the entire annual administrative expenses of Mosdos Koidenov B'Eretz Ha'kodesh, a religious charitable organization in Israel, for its 2010 fiscal year commencing October 1, 2009.
